Welcome to Designer's Gathering Membership Community (referred to as "Community"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Community, so please read them carefully. By subscribing to the Community, you agree to abide by these terms.
- Subscription and Membership
1.1. Subscription: Membership in the Community is subscription-based. By subscribing, you gain access to the Community's features and benefits.
1.2. Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, access to the Community will continue until the end of the current billing period.
1.3. No Refunds: There are no refunds for subscription fees, regardless of when you cancel your membership.
1.4. Payment: By subscribing to the Community, you authorize recurring payments for the subscription fee until canceled.
- Community Access and Conduct
2.1. Access: Upon subscription, you will receive login credentials to access the Community's online platform.
2.2. Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally within the Community. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment or discrimination, may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
2.3. Confidentiality: Members must respect the confidentiality of information shared within the Community. Sharing or distributing confidential information without consent is strictly prohibited.

3.1. Monthly Q&A/Group Coaching Calls: Members have access to monthly Q&A/group coaching calls with industry professional Jasmine.
3.2. Community Forums: Members can participate in community forums for networking, resource sharing, and support.
3.3. Monthly Training: Members receive monthly training sessions covering various topics relevant to fashion entrepreneurship.
3.4. Additional Features: The Community may offer additional features and benefits, which will be communicated to members.
- Intellectual Property
4.1. All content provided within the Community, including but not limited to discussions, resources, and training materials, is the intellectual property of Designer's Gathering and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- Modification of Terms
5.1. Designer's Gathering reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through the Community platform.
- Termination of Membership
6.1. Designer's Gathering reserves the right to terminate a member's subscription and access to the Community for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.
